1. The data controller

2. What data we collect
- Contact data that you provide to us voluntarily: name, company name, telephone, email and the details in your message, when you request a quote or contact us.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
- To respond to your enquiries and send you quotes — basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To provide the services you have contracted — basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting) — basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To improve the website and keep it secure — basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep the data
We keep the data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected: contact data from enquiries, for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period thereafter; contractual and financial documents, for the period required by law.
5. Who we disclose the data to
We do not sell your data. We may share it only with suppliers who support our business (hosting, email, accounting), who are bound by confidentiality, and with public authorities where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, objection, data portability and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting any processing carried out beforehand.
