1. Who we are
The website QoS.com.ro — IT services for businesses is operated by TUDOR A. ILIE-ALEXANDRU ÎNTREPRINDERE INDIVIDUALĂ (a sole proprietorship, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", "we" or "the business"), whose identification details are set out above. By accessing and using this website you agree to these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Definitions
Website — the web pages accessible at this domain. User — any person who accesses the website. Services — the IT services presented on the website (maintenance, outsourcing, support, security, cloud and others), provided on the basis of a separate quote and contract.
3. Purpose of the website
The website serves to present the IT services offered to businesses and to facilitate contact. Pricing information is indicative only; the final price and the terms of delivery are established through a personalised quote and a contract concluded between the parties.
The Operator is not registered for VAT. The prices displayed on the website and those in the quotes we send are final amounts, to which no VAT is added. The intra-Community VAT number indicated above is used exclusively for intra-Community transactions and does not alter this regime for services provided in Romania.
4. Use of the website
You undertake to use the website in good faith and in accordance with the law. Any action that may affect the operation of the website, its security or the rights of other users is prohibited, including attempts at unauthorised access.
5. Intellectual property
